Gose with Guava by Collective Arts Brewing

TGIF everyone! John here from The Intoxicated Review with a somewhat of a new beer for you guys. Collective Arts took there Gose recipe and added guava puree. Science rules!

The Brewery:

CollectiveArtsBrewing.com

Hamilton, Ontario

ABV:

4.9%

IBU:

12

The Pour:

Gose with Guava pours almost like a puree. The colour is just amazing with a nice white head that has a little pink tinge to it.

The Aroma:

On the nose we have guava, citrus and salt.

The Flavour:

Just like the nose you have the guava that’s up front with tart citrus and salt.

The Body:

Although this Gose pours like a puree it is light all the way through. Very smooth and tart at the same stronger than normal dry finish, but that’s not a bad thing at all.

Overall:

Definitely a nice surprise here. Gose with guava is damn good from the pour to the body and I highly it! Cheers and thanks for reading!
